Right of withdrawal / Product returns

Not happy with the product(s) you ordered? You have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you can return the product(s) within 30 days after having received the product(s). Te make use of the right of withdrawal, there are a few terms that apply.

Terms

• Within 30 days after having receiving the product(s).
• The product(s) must be packed in the original packaging, if reasonably possible. Viewing of the product(s) is allowed, but you cannot use the product(s).
• Items that are damaged or used are not eligible for a full refund. When items are damaged / incomplete, we can deduct money for this. If it is not salable, the deducation is 100%.
• The costs for returning are for your own account (EUR 7,25 for a parcel in the Netherlands).

If you have gone beyond what is necessary for the assessment of the products to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, we may charge a reduction in value. This depreciation can amount to 100%.

Refund

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the products to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

Depreciation

The Right of withdrawal gives you the opportunity to have the product "on sight" and to evaluate the product, like you could in a shop. For example, to assess a Raspberry Pi, it is not necessary to unpack all accessories. Or with products such as breakout boards and sensors, to remove them from the packaging and solder / install them in order to be able to assess the operation. If such a product does not do what it should do, it is a warranty issue (and not a withdrawal). Taking a product into use can lead to a decrease in value, up to 100% of the purchase amount.
